Certifications and Accreditations

  • LifeNet Health's tissue banking division is currently an accredited tissue bank of the American Association of Tissue Banks and has held this accreditation continually since first inspected in 1986, the longest running continuous accreditation in AATB history. In addition, LifeNet Health's microbiology laboratory is CLIA certified.
  • In 1998, LifeNet Health received registration to the International Standards Organization (ISO) for the 9001 standard of quality series
    Every aspect of LifeNet Health's operation complies with FDA requirements, and LifeNet Health holds licenses in all states requiring such certification from tissue banks.
  • LifeNet Health holds licenses from the New York State Department of Health, California State Department of Health Services, and State of Florida's Agency for Health Administration and the State of Maryland.
