General Processing Guidelines:

  • Grafts are at least 8 mm in thickness measured at 15 mm from the top of the crest; however, an ICWS and an ICW2.5 must be 9 mm thick and 30 mm in length
  • The graft is free of all soft tissue
  • The cancellous bone should be sufficiently dense and should not collapse when moderate pressure is applied between the thumb and forefinger
  • Minimum length is 25 mm
